I'm sorry to say that I believe you have a scrapper there. The description on PinPics for this pin is about the best I've seen:

When you read about the back pattern, the 'O' being too thin on the right, and the whistle/lips relationship, it's pretty clear the pin in your pictures is a counterfeit. If I were you, I would send it back for a refund.
