The only time I've ever seen it on sale was when it was with the others in the set. I think it'll be hard to come by, even moreso if you're looking for it alone since IDK who broke up the set without the intention of keeping the one they broke up the set for.

I know you could ask erikr, this is the grail of Ariel pins for him I believe and I know he's after it, he's usually quite good with this stuff ^_^
