All the pins from that series, as well as the "Jessica As..." series, are very high demand, and have a high secondary money value, as well.
"What would I have to trade" is too loaded a question, as it depends on the trader holding the pin. Last time I checked, the pin was around $100 in value, but that may have gone up since I last looked. So they're probably looking for a pin in equal value, rarity, or demand.
The problem with high end trading is that you have to have something as rare and valuable, so at that point, you might as well buy the pin you want, right? Except sometimes they don't show up for a while, even years...
::sigh:: It's tough.
EDIT:: Looking at your traders, it seems to me that you're plenty familiar with high-end trading. Which makes this post either a rant, or a genuine musing as to whether or not this pin has some, hidden value. I think it's just because it's a big, beautiful Jessica pin with the added bonus of having a Japanese element to it.
Fun fact, though...it was actually left on the site until the semi-annual clearance (along with Italy and maybe one more in the series). Funny how a pin like this could, at one time, sit on the site.
I think I get the feeling here. Sometimes when you want a pin really bad and you have some decent traders but you're still getting negative trade request responses, you start to wonder what you're missing in the equation. But I think Abyssinian is right. To ask what you would need to trade for it, is pretty much impossible to answer because people's ideas of their collections and how to handle them is sooooo subjective. In those situations where you're after a very difficult to obtain pin, like any of those Jessica as... pins or Jessica In... pins, your best bet is to probably just keep trying away with those TAs through pinpics and to keep checking the bay, with money at the ready, for the next listing. It may take a while, but eventually you may end up on top.
...I say this keeping in mind that I currently have only one Jessica as pins right now after months of trying for more and zero, count them 0, Jessica In... pins :/ The Japan one is great, the Antarctica was a grail before I found out how hard it would be to get, they're all beautiful. But there are quite a few people after them and the wait could be a while. Just be patient and don't give up. You have to keep sending those requests and constantly checking the bay. Maybe even keep a search thread here or something...Actually that's not a bad idea...
I wish I knew! I've had it on my wants list for a long time, because of Japan and stuff. But I've never even come close.
Best of luck in finding it, though!!
