I saw a picture that there was a Pin Event today at the Disney Character Warehouse in Lake Buena Vista from 6PM - 7PM. Does anyone know what goes on at these events. Also do you know where the Lake Buena Vista store is? Is it at the Orlando premium outlets? Thanks.

No way!!! We used to have these at our Character Warehouse in south florida. Although frankly I was too young to remember most of what happened, I do know that they had things like trivia contests and giveaways, and a pin trading board. (Although I don't think it had many fancy pins. Mostly OE's and HM's.) I know that there are two Character Warehouse stores in Orlando. Here you can find their addresses/numbers: http://www.themouseforless.com/walt-disney-world/orlando-info/outlet-stores/ ( I would suggest calling in advance)

There is a store there but it is called something like Theme Park Merchandise or something like hat. It is not a Disney store but the do sell way over priced pins.

Not sure if this is what OP is referring to, but there are two Disney outlets in Orlando, one i LBV. They have a pin trading event once a month. We randomly happened to be there for the February one. They had about 5 pin trading boards, and you got a chance to stop at each board, then you could get back on line again. The outlet also had some pins for sale, including a few limited edition pins on closeout. Hope this helps.
