Hi all,
I am currently planning a trip to WDW in January / February.

I have been searching for some type of Pin Event calendar but have had limited success.

Is anybody aware of a calendar that combines all planned events say for first quarter 2017?

Would also be interested in meeting any local traders....
 
There is no calendar of pin events for the quarter. Usually, events are planned one to two months in advance.

I believe there is a monthly trading event with a cost to attend per person (since they have to reserve a room somewhere) from Mouse Pin Trading? You can check out Facebook for more information and contact Mark Shilensky there as I think he is the one who organizes the events.
 
There is a FB page for Disney Pin Collectors Society and they have monthly pin trading events. I don't see 2017 dates yet but they have posted Q4 2016. They meet at a hotel near Disney Springs. I just joined their FB page and it looks like they have good turnouts.

There's also one held by the Central Florida Pin Chasers once a month as well. Sometimes Disney Pins Blog with host events as well. You just have to join these Facebook groups to get invited.
