hi im the pin finder i find pins for people just tell me the pin and i will find it it the price of the pin pus shipping and handling pus a %15 finder fee thank you and i looking forward to finding your pin

I'm kind of confused how this works lol :( So, let's say there is a pin I'm looking for and you find it some place and the total of the pin they're selling is $500 (even if that is way out of my price range). Does that mean I would have to pay $75 to you just because you found me the pin that I already can't afford? I'm just asking because I could sure use help looking for pins, but there is no way I could pay that kind of money when I need it for the pins in the first place :(

yes i have and if you cant afford it then start on the low pin one you can afford then save up to the one you can't and im also an ebay watcher if you have an auction where you want to bid on but you can't be their on that time i'll watch it bid up to the amount you want then hoppley win it for you

If I want you to find a pin that I know is on eBay for $375 and I don't to pay over $150 how could you help?

Also, lets say I have you find a pin. Two months later it pops up on eBay for a certain price and we both see it would I still have to pay you?

I'm actually kind of scared right now because of all the questions. But I was thinking the same things, so I guess I can't really say anything.

My fingers can't possibly type fast enough to get out all the things I wanna say right now

I love you, I love you, I love you.

I also have this amazing mental image of a Pin Bounty Hunter in my head right now, and I really want someone to draw it for me. Please and thank you.

Actually, now that I think more about it, I have more to say about this post...

Sorry buddy, but I think most people on this forum can do their own ebay watching for free. If I pay you 15% to find me a pin, I expect to see you in every park, every day, looking for my pin rather than sitting in front of your computer in the comfort of your home. This kind of silliness is just helping raise the price of already expensive pins to outrageous prices!! There are plenty of independent people with their own stores and websites selling pins at fixed prices, and factor in all the pins being offered on ebay... I don't think it's difficult for me to start up Google and type in "xxxxname-of-pinxxxx LE xxx blah blah blah" and find it myself for free.

My suggestion to DPF members is to never be so desperate for a pin that you'd pay anyone to find it for you. It's a pin, not real estate!! If you don't find it today, look again next week, and the week after, and then the week after that... eventually you'll find it AND you'll find it at a price that you're actually comfortable paying rather than paying some exorbitant price and feeling ripped off afterwards.

Never be so desperate to find a pin that you'll pay whatever outrageous price the seller is asking... patience has it's benefits. If everyone eases back on buying expensive pins the price will eventually go down or at least remain constant, rather than skyrocketing the price like I've seen happen in the last 12-18 months. Just remember this, you don't HAVE to buy the first pin you see... there's always going to be another pin out there that will be sold eventually. And it's value can only be matched to the value of the last sale.

I haven't been too active on DPF but I have been collecting for a while and even making ebay purchases when necessary; if someone needs tips on finding something, let me know. My charge is 0% of the cost of your pin.
