I was in DCA in August and went into a shop on the right hand side of Buena Vista street (heading into the park). It had a large selection, tons of mystery boxes, etc. What is the name of it? I have a friend in DCA today and want to give her the correct name.

If your friend is also going to Downtown Disney, there is a pin kiosk towards the end (right across from the Lego Store) that also has a pretty decent selection of mystery boxes and rack and LE pins. There is also a pin area in World of Disney, but that tends to be more crowded and have less available selection.
 
If you're looking for mystery boxes, like Timeerkat mentioned Pin Traders next to the Monorail is great, and if they go to DLR on Main Street is the store next to the cinema across from emporium, and Westward Ho in Frontier Land their's are in the display case. Hope this helps and they have a great time!
