Makes sense! I could swear they were devolving and words were getting removed from them but maybe the changed up formatting just makes it seem that way.

I think so . . . because any titles being edited are being edited to add information. I tried to find an Elsa snowflake pin a couple of weeks ago, and It didn't have "Snowflake" or "Elsa" in the title! I had to plow through "Frozen" pins to find it! Crazy! But it was the title that the pin was submitted with.

What happened to searching by SKUs?

It became easier . . . simply type the SKU into the search bar and it will bring up the pin that matches!

I’m trying to log in to the new site and it’s requiring that I create a new password.
So we have to change our passwords again?

It had me do the same. Last night I got locked out for trying to log in unsuccessfully too many times, even though I knew my username and password were correct. Later I got an email suggesting that I clear my saved cookies for the site, and doing that showed me that I needed a new password and I finally got in to the website. I'm really impressed with the upgrades that just came out, though.

Hi, All! Don't worry, it is just the new software joining with the database software. Once you get logged back in, there should be no other trouble. Got to clear your cache and cookies.

If you are experiencing any issues logging in to PinPics, please try these two easy steps -

1. Clear your Cache by hitting CTRL + F5 (or SHIFT+F5 or SHIFT+SPACEBAR+Click the Refresh button on your browser)
AND
2. Delete the PinPics cookies in any/all browsers on your computer/device

Then try logging in again. Most issues just need the cache cleared and the cookies reloaded. Sometimes it takes a few times to do it, it is simply getting your log in info into the new software! So far, if you clear the cookies and cache, and try again, it should work!

- To clear your cookies on a mobile phone - it should be under Settings and then choose the browser (like Safari).
- To clear cookies on the browser Microsoft Edge, click the three dots at the top right corner, and then "Settings" from the bottom of the drop-down menu that appears. You'll have "Cookies and Site Permissions" in the left column and click "Manage and delete cookies and site data" form the top center. Then four choices down is "See all cookies and site data" and that's where you'll find PinPics - delete all cookies for PinPics.
- If you are using another browser, look up on Google how to delete cookies.

If you get a page up asking you to "Authorize", please click the "Authorize" and not the "Cancel" button. Again, this is simply the new software communicating with your account on the old software!

Thanks for you patience and look forward to seeing you on the new site! If you have any other questions, feel free to ask me here or via PM!

No I don't see red or blue boxes, or wants or trades.
You need to clear the cache on that page . . .

Close your browser out completely and open a new browser window. Go to your PinPics page (where you can only see your Owns) and hit any variety of these:

1. CTRL+F5
and
2. SHIFT+SPACEBAR + Click the Refrech Arrow button on your browser -
and
3. SHIFT+F5

It simply needs your browser to reset to the updated page, and it seems to take several tries sometimes, depending on the browser and device. So, try all three and see if it works at any point!

Let me know if you still can't see it! This happened to me on Friday, but getting your cache clear the a fresh page load is all it needs!
