Is it still the case that if one person deletes the conversation it disappears for both people?

No and yes . . .That is why you can't delete a message/chat at this point. There is only "Archive" (which does take it out of your inbox and put it in the Archive section so you don't have to plow through them). They are actively working on that, so that it will not disappear when one person deletes it. So . . . yes, it still does that, but no - they removed the full delete so that it will not happen until they get it fixed! :)

Meeting yesterday was really good! A lot of stuff being worked on and some new fixes!

- There is now a message notification bubble that will appear on the top corner of your avatar and it is a little red circle that will display the number of unread message chats! So, now you can see if you have a message from any page as long as you are signed in. If there is an unread message notification, you can single-click your avatar and there is a little drop-down that you can then click to take you right to he messages.

- The LE field is now searchable and it is also expanded. When submitting a pin, you can type the actual number in (rather than select from the numbers available, which didn't have all the needed options) to match what is on the pin itself.

- If you find a pin marked "LE 0" [zero], just leave a comment on that pin page stating that it is an OE pin and they will be corrected. It is just a error form the old software, but just has to be fixed each time.

- The Trade references board in the PP Forum is up and running, so you can leave references for anyone you trade with on PP.

- The compare feature is actively being worked on and coming!

- Double-check that you click the "Trade Assist" check box in your profile and then HIT the SAVE button. If you don't hit the save button, it will not turn your trade assist on.

- Molly said she is getting a lot of feedback from users who are saying they haven't been on PinPics in five years or more and are now trading, as they are receiving trade requests and happy to get back to the pins. That's promising!

The meetings are really swell and if anyone has the time on Thursday (or can make the time), they are really worth it! :)

Hello, if you are taking suggestions for the site here...
Can you combine the locations (origin) of DSSH and DSF into one location? They are technically the same place, just changed names at one point, and right now you to conduct two separate searches for pins to make sure you are searching all of the pins released there...

Meeting tonight was just Molly and all about the new tweaks and things on PinPics and what is being worked on, and some things that are being discussed.

-The "Compare" feature is the no. 1 thing being worked on and hopefully will appear soon.

- In the PP Chats, there is now a nifty little "legend" that shows you what the buttons next to each chat mean! Invaluable!

- Something being discussed is for you to be able to create (digital) "groups" in your pin profile (sort of like collection pin books) where you could sort your own collections for easy viewing. For example . . . my Kevin collection includes Kevin and some Carl & Ellie and some House and some Dug. So, I can't search for my Up collection by just typing in "Kevin" in my owns. This way, you could sort all your Up pins into a "group" or "Pin book" and easily see your collection online.

- They've swapped out over 20K pictures for better quality pics so far. Great job! I've seen a lot of better images appearing on older pins when searching.

- The search is being fixed to help searching for terms where it is hard to figure out what they were input as. Holiday/Christmas/Season's Greetings will display matches if you type one of the terms in.

- Hit the search "magnifying glass" button without entering a search term, and it will display all the pins in the database, and then you can search by only using the drop-down search filters (i.e. year, LE number, release place, etc.)

Next week's meeting is Wednesday, not Thursday . . . so if you want to join one - it would be great!
