I took the time to create a New Entry Post for a Pin on Saturday (1995 Disney Rose Parade Float), and have yet to see it uploaded to the site. I haven't posted a pin in a long time, but the previous time I did, it posted immediately. Is there some sort of 'grace' period now? I have tried to contact someone twice from the Pinpic Site, asking what is taking so long, but can't get an answer or response from a Mod either. Can someone 'in the know' help me? I don't want to try to post again if it still exists in the 'system' somewhere.

In the future, if you ever have a question please feel free to pm me. I am a mod and have not see your question. Is the pin above the pin in question?

I also submitted pics that were clearly far better than the pictures already posted but they were never used. If a member takes the time and attempts to help on the site and they are not used for whatever reason, they should be notified as a courtesy as to why the listing/pic/comment/etc. is not being used. After all, an attempt is still being made to help improve the site.

We do try to email everybody whenever something is submitted but not used. In our defense most of us have jobs outside of the site and volunteer our time. Do we get to everything, no, do we try, yes. As to the pictures that are clearly far better, that is a judgement call. I am the one that usually makes those calls, so if you have questions you can pm me here and I am happy to explain my decision. Please use either a solid white or black background on your pictures and that will increase your chances. If it has been more then a week please notify me! It is possible something feel between the cracks. I work on pictures and sku#'s every day as they are most helpful to the site in our opinion. The comments and scrapper notices are done as I have time. Please remember we love for people to participate and we do our best to get stuff approved in a timely manner. For us as I am sure for you, life does get in the way some times.

Please keep submitting and feel free to pm me if you have any questions!!!

Hey 11mko! I don't recall ever seeing an email from you.

Please make sure if you're trying to contact PinPics directly to either use the 'Contact Us' tab from the PinPics homepage or message me at ambassador@pinpics.com.

They go to the same place :)

Yes, I used the Contact Us tab. Bev did respond to my second try yesterday that she was ill. It is all resolved now, and I am aware of the approval process now. Appreciate the responses from everyone!
