This thread is kind of inspired by the "What's wrong with your faaace!?!?" thread, but instead of just faces, it's anything about a (genuine) pin that really bugs or annoys you. Did the artist get some detail wrong? Is it out of proportion? Is it just plain badly designed? Something else?

As for me, I get to Epcot every year or every other year, and I really love the World Showcase. Each time I go I tell myself "You know, I should collect that set of Mickey ears World Showcase pins. It would make a nice display!" Being from Canada, I really like the Canadian flag one!

But then, every year, I eventually lay eyes on <Roz voice>this pin</Roz voice>:

This isn't a UK Union Jack! What's going on here!?!? They sell the correct version of the UK flag (link) in DLRP, but they still sell the version above on racks in WDW.

Finally someone else who gets bothered by this pin! The Paris one is indeed correct but I never knew it existed. If you are going to design a pin with this significance, it should at least be done right. Lets face it, it is hardly complicated lol.

My mom is also Canadian. I took her back to the parks this summer after 40 years (she moved from Canada to California when she was little and used to visit Disneyland as a child) and when she saw that pin, she had to have it! She now wears it permanently, with a locking back, on her coat haha!
