We just saw the movie brave and loved it. Paula wants the bear pins. That got me thinking of a cool way to display Brave pins. I had Paula sew up a quick wall hanging quilt to display pins. It measures 20" x 20", but alas we don't have any pins. So we placed it in the DPF auction. Wish us luck and here is what Paula made.

Thank you. It's funny, they have 3 different fleece material for Brave, but only 1 cotton fabric. Bear paws are my favorite type of quilt and we had to think how to design this quilt. There is a lot of Princess and the Frog fabric as well as Tinkerbell and Princess to make quilts. There is only one Rapanzel choice just like Brave. Paula did a nice job and I am excited because it is prettier than the pictures.
 
I must say I absolutely love this! Beautiful work! Love the colors!
My mom has made bear paw quilts before and it is a beautiful pattern, it is such a great idea to incorporate that into a Brave theme!

I will have to keep an eye out for that fabric, I have seen the fleece but not the cotton.
