Pixar party question

I have signed up for early check-in for the pin event on the 25th.
Where and when do I check in? Also, the email said my merchandise will be at Coronado then. Since I'm getting charged on my card does that mean I can go and pick all my pins up then? Does that mean I don't have to stand in the shop line on the event day?

First time I've been to a pin event, sorry for all the questions.

Last year was my first event - I had a great time! There is a room a Coronado Springs resort (they have a convention center attached) where you register and get your pins. There WILL be a line. A Long. Slow. Line.

Then, if like last year, and if you want to, they have a large room next door where lots of traders set up and trade the rest of the day away.

I'll be there pretty early that day, so hope so see you and everyone else there!

Okay so it is separate from the actual pin went at Epcot? It's just the store at Coronado? Is it better to go later or earlier you think?

yes - separate from the epcot location/event. Its one of the convention center ballrooms, not the regular store at CS. All there is is the check in tables where you get your credentials & pins.

I'm not sure about earlier/later - I'm going earlier so I have more time in the trading room (look for my pin ears to find me )

Anyone else chime in about better/worse times to get to registration?

awesome, thank you. That day is actually my birthday so I think we have stuff planned all day otherwise I'd trade there too. Hopefully the 3 days I'm trading Friday Saturday and Sunday will suffice!
