Hi guys! Unfortunately I wasn’t able to get a spot for the FairyTails event, but I will be at the parks this weekend and I’ll be attending Public Pin Trading Day at Epcot on Sunday, Aug 11th!

Does anyone have any more info for this besides what they have on the Disney website? Will there be boards or tables at the World Showcase? Or will it just be a designated space for people to meet and trade? I guess what I’m asking is what’s the difference between the FairyTails Event and the Public Pin Trading Day.

Pretty sure no boards. Just an opportunity for people to trade with each other if they didn't get enough of it the prior days. (And for folks like you not at the event. Sorry you weren't able to get a ticket.) Probably with tables to make it easier.
 
In the past they public trading day has had the tables and decorations. There will not be boards or previews. They will most likely be selling left over pins. The amount of traders is sporadic. There is also an post event called "And The Tails Continue – Pin Trading Event" hosted by a private group at the HOliday Inn near Disney Springs from 8 am to 4 pm. Historically between 200-500 people go there, but that was before the current format
