Purchasing pins on Amazon?
Hello fellow New Englander. Man that sucks. Its good you were able to return them and get a refund. My husband, with the best of intentions, bought a lot of 100 pins from Amazon for me for Christmas. As expected, they were all scrappers or counterfeits. Not only did they look and feel "cheap," but virtually all of the pins had typos on the back (one "Poo" pin had several!). Needless to say, we returned them and got a refund, and Amazon is investigating the seller. I would recommend staying away from the pin lots on Amazon.
From what i am seeing, basically the amazon pin sellers are the same ones doing the scrap lots on ebay. For me this is a shocker. Because I thought amazon was kind of a legit retailer, not a website where ANYONE could sell whatever they felt like. When did Amazon become the new ebay?
