Can someone tell me if this pin is on Pinpics please ?

Thank you for your help in advance

Thats adorable,I do not see it anywhere on Pinpics

Adorable and curious again

It is sold by the same questionable seller I metnioned in this thread

http://disneypinforum.com/showthrea...rious-Is-Peter-Pan-Windows-already-scrappered

who was selling Peter Pan Windows pin. It is marked as LE 1000.

He already sold 3 of them on Ebay and this morning there is a listing for a whopping $121.50.

I suppose, this too, is a pre-sale listed as "used" from China

For those of you who read this: PLEASE DO NOT CONTACT THE SELLER with questions. Last time, he was alerted to the fact that he was selling a pin not yet released. I want to see how many of these he will pump out. The pin is not even on odpt.com yet

omg! I was talking to someone (omg I forgot who) a couple weeks ago about this pin!! We were watching the sale and it sold for like $30? at that time. I don't know if its the same seller, but I took a look at their pins (at the time) and they seemed to have scrappers for sale... BUT they also had a good mix of real pins (They would take a picture of the back of the real pins, but not the scrappers... curious, huh?)

Its not on pinpics, btw. We have no idea where the pin came from.

I had not seen that post above before, but it is the same pin. The seller is in China, so it is fairly shady. I bet that it is a yet to be released pin and the seller does not know its actual release date. We have to patiently wait to see if this pin will be revealed during a PTN at one of the parks or if it will show up on odpt.com.

The seller is offering it as LE 1000, so it probably is a single pin and not part of a set.

Very strange....how does someone in China acquire soooo many disney pins for the U.S. and for cheap... but also, how do you guys find these listings? especially if this is a "new" pin? were you guys searching for PatF pins?

were you guys searching for PatF pins?

The seller is located in China. For some reason he came to my radar and I placed him/her on my Ebay watch list. I get alerts when new pins get listed from this seller and then if they look interesting, I try to research those pins.

Especially pins like this particular PatF and
peak my curiosity because they are not released yet.
was listed on Ebay 3 times: Twice from this China seller (Lisa bought one of those and the seller cancelled the other listing after Ozzie contacted him to let him know that the pin was not yet released) and there was one more sale on Nov 1st from a very questionable seller who is well-known to sell fake Jessica and Stitch pins. The curious thing is that the back of these pins are maked "PP".

And a pre-sale of a "used" pin from China is not really believable for me. I mean "pre-sale" yet "used" ??? And there is no info on the PatF pin anywhere yet .... LOL ....

My guess is that these are scrappers that were left behind in the factory due to some quality issues. The sellers either work at those factories and pick them up, or they are somehow related to people who work in those factories. They must be fairly ignorant of pin's release dates, so these pins get listed on Ebay well before their actual release in the parks.

I think time will tell and we will know better when the PP pin gets released in the parks.

It could also be that the PP's that are sent to China for manufacturing got stolen by some of the workers in the factory. Which is virtually how they make the scrappers too.
