Question on DS Europe Shipping

Hi Everyone!

I'll be in Europe sometime in the future and would like to take advantage of the DS Europe website.

I was wondering if the DS Europe online had any free shipping options via a coupon code or via buy $__ worth of items and get free shipping? When I add items to my cart and see the shipping rate actually MORE than the pin itself, I don't feel like buying anymore. :/

Thanks to anyone for helping me answer this question! :)

Hi there you do get free shipping but you have to spend £50 or more in one transaction or if you buy the new pin on the day of release you get half price shipping that works out at £2.50 which takes upto 5 days to arrive normal shipping price is £5 you can get next day delivery but that's over £7 which is very expensive hope this helps

You also pay 5 £ for shipping inside the UK for pins? To Belgium it's 5,95 £ already for 1 pin and we don't get that shipping discount either :(

Shipping is £4,95 inside UK. £5,95 outside UK. Overpriced, but what can we do. I just try to order multiple items in one order. Sometimes non-pin friends want a plush or something, or someone from the forum a pin. That way we can split the cost. Rarely, there are discount codes but I'm not sure if they work on pins. Never used them.

You can get free delivery codes but they only work for regular shipping (5-7 days). They send them out when orders are messed up, or if you go into a physical Disney store and can't find what you were looking for you can ask for a free delivery code so you can order it (they won't always give you one though). I think this only applies to the UK though, I don't know if they do the codes in other countries.

It's unfortunate! Even on eBay, I have passed on so many pins that might have ben good deals until I see shipping tot eh US is $17 American or more! One pin set I wanted to bid on was going to be over $30 and it was already so expensive I just couldn't justify it :( When I ship to the UK it isn't nearly as bad at least (around $6 I've found for tiny packages) , so that helps out international buyers and makes me able to do give aways without changing for shipping :)

Unfortunately any kind of insured or tracked shipping from the UK is crazy expensive. Even with the lowest level of insurance a package with just one or two pins inside still costs £8.80 ($15) just in shipping charges, this goes up quickly as the weight increases :(

Hmm thanks for all the answers! :)

For me, I'll be in the Czech Republic area and just fiddling with the website, the shipping seems to be fixed around 20 pounds. :/ I guess I should just make one huge order of pins to make the shipping justifiable.
