Question Received pin from Disney Store damaged

Hello,
I purchased 2 of the Happily Ever After pins from Disney online. They just arrived and in VERY different conditions. One was fine and the other had slices in the plastic bag, the backer is bent at top and bottom, but worst is a black dot that's a scratch on Prince Florian's eye. What the heck?? Looks like they are sold out online but contacting Disney now. If they are sold out would you guys keep it or return it? (I ordered 2 so my daughter and I both have one)

That’s so disappointing! It’s frustrating how Disney store quality can be so hit and miss

If I were you I would possibly keep it if it was sold out if it’s an important pin for both of your collections. Otherwise you could keep one and have it be part of a shared collection display if the other one gets returned. It’s a beautiful pin!

Well, the pin is truly sold out. No replacements available. But in true Disney fashion, they offered me a complete refund and I do not need to return the pin. Still a bummer.

Bet you can get another via trade.
