Hey guys,

Not sure if this is the right place to post this but I am looking for a little help with the value of a pin I want to add to my collection at some point. Wondering what a good price would be for the following pin?

Pin 102003 DSSH The Lion King 20th Anniversary (Surprise Release)

Just wanted to make sure I am not looking at any prices over the odds online :- )

Hey guys I need your knowledge and opinions again! What would be a fair price for pin 89461 DS Europe - Lady and Tramp with Puppies? Have the opportunity to buy but they want me to make an offer.. and I have no idea?! Don't want to make an insulting offer! Pinpics suggests $64?

I'm looking at $45 plus $10 shipping, so based on what you've said this seems reasonable :- ) Thanks for your help!
 
I actually haven't seen it at $45 since it first came out. Since then prices have dropped on it a bit. When I see it pop up on Facebook it's been pretty consistently $35-$40. If you find someone selling for $45 maybe offer $40 first.

I agree. Prices on most DSSH pins are dropping.

Does PinPics have links to the completed/sold auctions?

Right now, there's one on ebay that's $59.99 BIN. It says's it's used, comes out of Florida and has free shipping.

So, I would offer $50-54 (10% off the ebay price since there actually is one available on ebay). Although the picture of the one on eBay makes the pin look bad (it does look used/traded for condition or maybe that's just the way the person took the photo). EDIT: I think it's the way the person took the photo.

What condition is the one that you're trying to buy?
 
I found sort of varied eBay autions (closed ones) so I was a little clueless even still! The one I am looking at is new on card, condition looks great.

I ended up messaging earlier this afternoon with an opening offer of $40, which may be a little low, but hopefully seller will at least barter with me if they had a bit more in mind!
 

Good luck negotiating. I look at completed auctions as well as ongoing (current) auctions on eBay to gauge prices. Sure, one could have sold for $30 a month or two ago, but if there's only one available to purchase on eBay, have to decide whether to wait for another to pop up.
 
Do you have access to Facebook at all? I saw one posted for sale in one of the groups earlier today for $35.
