Quick question about Paypal Multi Order Shipping

I'm using the site for the first time, and I'm wondering how much information most of you put in the "order details" (title, quantity, etc.) at the top of the form? Is it wise to post the contents on the outside of the mailer? Is it even necessary to fill in those fields?

I only fill in my address, their address and package type. I don't fill out contents.
