Quick question from a newbie

Hi all!

I just had a quick question. I've been reading about these pin trading nights at WDW, and I know that there was one this past August at Coronado Springs (plus the big GenEARation D event last month). But I can't figure out any information as to whether there are more events like this coming up in the future, or even where or how I would find out if one popped up. I know they're intermittent, but how do I find out if there's one coming up!?

I think they usually put notices about them on odpt.com. I don't know if there are any other scheduled for this year, but they did say there would be more next year at the GenEARation D event.

Going to ODPT.com and clicking "Events" and Walt Disney World is where you will find the notification. IF Disney keeps to their schedule, there will be a Disney Trading Night in October and December. Probably the 2nd or 3rd Friday of the month.

This site has an Events sub-forum for the listing of pin events around the country. You can also check out the Disney Pin Blog site. It also has an Events sub-forum. Since you are in Orlando, a private group - the Central Florida Pin Chasers - has monthly gatherings. There is an all weekend meet, Fall Fantasy Trade-A-thon, November 13-15 at the Holiday Inn Celebration. They are on facebook.
