Hi everybody :wavey:

While I love the RAK attacks and what they mean, at the moment I am unable to give them the attention they deserve. In the past I have had people offer to help out running them and now I am asking that if anybody wants to help out for a while that would be greatly appreciated.

You would need the time to be able to have nominations (around the middle of the month), then at the first of the month be able to send out pms to everybody on the list. Then you would act as a drop off point for the packages to be mailed. Then around the first of the next month after people have sent you everything you would package it all up and send it on the the "victim". I am happy to still cover the postage. So all you are really investing is your time.

I was tempted to offer but realistically I don't think I could dedicate the time and energy necessary to give the program the justice it deserves. Good luck with your hunt!
 
Thanks for everything you have done David! I'm sure it is a lot of work! I wish I had more time to help out, I could probably do it every now and then but that got me thinking...it would be cool if each month the person who got RAKed hosted the next month. And if there is a month the person couldn't we could have back ups who can put it on for the month....or maybe that would just be confusing. I was just thinking it would be a nice way to give back :D

Thank you everybody who has offered. Wow that was fast. Li (starry_Solo) was the first person to reply so I am going to take her up on it. I will pass on your offers though. It always makes me so happy to see so many people who want to help out!!! That is what makes this such a special place.

The only problem with your idea is that the person who receives it didn't ask for it so to ask them to host the next one can be a big imposition. Plus we have people willing to step in.
