Disney Store must really hate me.
I have 2 Up! pins that I can't trade because of scuffs and dirt that won't come of.
I have al Olaf pin with black dots on it.

And now these tsum tsum pins, it's terrible.
After a long debate of asking myself to get them or not, I caved and got them (only for the Lion King ones).

Rapunzel looks like she's been beaten ...
Mother Gothel has several dips in her hair.
And Mike has like, a scar on his face.

Expensive pins, that I can't trade / sell at cost to help others.
Returning them probably won't matter, God knows how the ones I'll get in return look.

Am I the only one with such terrible pins from the Disney Store?
I didn't buy the Up! pins for myself to keep, but to actually trade them. Whenever I get a pinpics request, I do mention this, as it's only fair, but I can't get rid of them.

Hmm, in my experience they are not.
One of my last orders was missing a tsum.
After dozens of mails, not replying to my actual questions, I gave up.

They said they'd ship the missing tsum. 2 weeks later nothing had arrived.
I mail them asking where it is, and if I can get tracking. They said the courier had already tried to deliver it. I called the courier, no such thing, they said it's been scanned, but still in the UK.
I mail them that they are incorrect, they once again tell me, another one is on the way.
I ask for the tracking number, not getting it, but getting the response that the tsum is now out of stock.
You told me the day before it was once again shipped? So how does that go?
Asking the same question 4 times, not getting a response 4 times (besides: it has been shipped, twice & it is out of stock twice).
All of the sudden, a tsum appears in the mail. But, it was out of stock they kept saying in the end? They offered me a coupon of the same value to use online (which I declined).
Very competant people :) So don't have much faith in that anymore :(

I'm sorry you had a bad experience but personally I've found them pretty good . I received a pin with the wording on it missing . I emailed the relevant address and explained the problem , they asked for photos of the flaws which I provided , then they dispatched a replacement and asked that I return the damaged one once it arrived . Admittedly it was a single pin not a box set so return postage wasn't too expensive so perhaps that had something to do with it but I thought that was pretty good service .

I personally believe that Disney is trying to make their pins look more like scrappers so it is harder to tell what is real and what is not.

Ended up mailing them anyways, they send me an e-mail with a return shipping label.
Now I have to look for the Lion King ones to trade :(
I think this was my last time ordering pins with them, for the past 4 releases I've got from them, they were worthless.
