that be nice to do but not till be refund me the money they already got on hold on paypal. As show they care about its customers to re-release the pins where there s no glitch but then Id hate to put someone through what Ive gone through today and take there pins :/

I liked the page though Id prefer really to have set guidelines on how many we get allocated before each release OR turn it back to UK site only for all orders
 

I fully agree with the final part, surely that would make it a lot simpler and fairer.

I don't think that anyone would complain if only the UK orders were cancelled, and then re-released. I just don't see how it can be fair that someone who's waited since 7.45 doesn't get a pin because they were released 50 minutes late, and were released on a website where it was physically impossible for anyone to access their accounts or check out.
 
im totaly for a re-relase!! and perhaps for this one they should say only one pin per person!?
Ryan you should post this all over disneys page, keep it in the lime light, and on the dinsey UK pin traders FB page!!

That's a brilliant idea! Posted it now, I think others need to post it too (Share it on their accounts, post it on DSUK etc) though 'cause otherwise we're limited in exposure.
