I just learned the hard way to read the fine print! I won an auction and all I read was NEW IN BOX! I did not bother to read on further where it clearly states that the chaser is NOT included.

Just always read the fine print ladies and gents!!!

Now I feel stupid...
 
I don't about your specific item, but I have seen some listings that are misleading in that the seller lists the item as "NEW" (which ebay defines as "A brand new unused, unopened item") but then says things in the fine print that are inconsistent with this...worth a complaint if they listed it as NEW.
 
I should have made it more clear... it was an auction here and I IN NO WAY BLAME the person who auctioned the item off...

I just got overly excited and bid on it.

I am just telling others to read the fine print whether its on here on ebay! I am sure this has been said many times before but I was the dummy this time around!


I still got the 2 jumbo pins but the chaser was not included....the chaser being the only real reason I wanted the set BUT ALAS I AM A SILLY NON READING PERSON!


So once again....I hold no grudges. I am not pissed at anyone but myself! Just so we are clear on that!
 
happened to me a couple of years ago, saw three pins that I really wanted and couldn't believe that no one had bid yet on the pins, they were 3 for $59.95 and there was only seconds left of the auction so I bid I was so excited, and I WON I was so happy, till I read the description it was only for 1 of the 3 pins, which was then very expensive for one pin, these pins at the time were selling for around $25 each. I did e-mail the seller and he said if I would pay the ebay fee's of about $5.00 he wouldn't do anything about so I paid the $5.00 I was glad to have gotten out of that one.
 
Well that sucks. And it does happen to everyone at one time or another. Even when you know better, sometimes you get excited or you are tired and you just forget. And some of the eBay sellers put so much text in their auctions in the "disclaimer" sections!
 
Were you trying to complete that Toy Story Jumbo Set you won from me?? Let me know We could make a trade for some of the LE 250's that go with the set! I had to buy a BUNCH of those boxes to get the 4 that go with the set!
