Removing tarnish?

So I won these beautiful stained glass pins in a game, but then I received them and noticed the insides are pretty tarnished. Feel a bit bummed bc I feel it takes away from the beauty of the pin. Does anybody know of a way to restore them somehow?

I've used Turtle Wax Polishing Compound to remove tarnish from the backs of pins.

I have the same problem with that same Ariel pin. I'll try that out.
