As stated above, you aren't allowed to post Ebay links and if that Ebay seller is on this forum, they might get awfully offended.
In all honestly, despite the bad paint job on Disney's behalf, I think you are looking at a completely authentic pin. If scrappers leaked of this pin, they would have been available way ahead of the release date and they wouldn't have just so happened to luckily show up the day the pin was released.
On top of that, the back of the pin look spot on and the seller takes the care to post everything about the pin, including the card, the back, the front, the posts, everything. They also in the description go on to describe that they did look to find the best ones they could at DSF instead of saying the usually scrapper warning "traded at the parks" or "cannot guarantee authenticity of pin" yadayadayada ^_^
