You cannot post ebay links on the forum. However, it just looks like the paint job is not up to par. I looked through the other listings and most of the paint jobs looks blotchy.

As stated above, you aren't allowed to post Ebay links and if that Ebay seller is on this forum, they might get awfully offended.

In all honestly, despite the bad paint job on Disney's behalf, I think you are looking at a completely authentic pin. If scrappers leaked of this pin, they would have been available way ahead of the release date and they wouldn't have just so happened to luckily show up the day the pin was released.

On top of that, the back of the pin look spot on and the seller takes the care to post everything about the pin, including the card, the back, the front, the posts, everything. They also in the description go on to describe that they did look to find the best ones they could at DSF instead of saying the usually scrapper warning "traded at the parks" or "cannot guarantee authenticity of pin" yadayadayada ^_^

thank you all for the feedback. I apologize for posting the link. I was not aware of this information and makes complete sense why we cannot post links. I will take down the post immediately.

All the vertical scratches seem to be a characteristic common with making the pins... Maybe they are trying to remove the shine to get a matte finish, and appears like this with the right lighting... (Although it does look a little more pronounced on that pin than I've usually seen)

The things I don't like are the 3 dots above Lilo's head (look like dents), and what appears to scrapes under Stitch's ear on the left side of the pin...
I see those scrape like marks in different places on several of the pins on eBay... (And some of them are in the same place across different sellers too, that's another NOT to steal others photos... Now I don't know which seller has the scratched one, so I'll be avoiding them all...)

But I do agree, it's not a scrapper or anything, that's just how a lot of them looked...
