Retirement Gift Idea

So I am at a stale mate and figured to hopefully get ideas..

One of my fav people at WDW is retiring this month- One that I was luckily enough to be trained under and became good friends with over the last few years-

Some of you may know her if you ever stopped by the Pin Cart at the Wilderness Lodge in the evenings and met Ignez

I want to do something nice and hopefully pin related but since there is only one 'happy retirement' pin (and its not currently for sale on ebay) She also has more pins than I prob do so dont want to just do a random pin..

What if you created a diorama of some attraction pins attached to pics of the park? or a small scrapbook of pins and pictures from the years?

Lost-Sun-Princess makes beautiful shadowboxes to display frames (single pin, or multiple pins) ... I am sure she could think of some brilliant display if you know what she collects, or maybe you could get a wilderness lodge pin from when she started working there? or now that she's retiring this year a pin from this year!!! That would be SO cool!!
