Just in case, you might want to know what GWP (Gift With Purchase) means. In the past, when you would spend enough $$ at a store at DL or WDW they would give you a FREE pin; now they make you pay a reduced amount (used to be $1, now it's $3?).

I have acquired Chip n'Dale and Mickey so thank you to everyone who helped me out. I still have some items that are for sale at cost. Got the notice today that the lunch box will not be available at the event, but mailed to you free of charge after it arrives. Also they allowing us to buy more mystery pins. Doesn't look good for pin sales at this event. If my extras don't sell soon they will be returned. So they are going to have lots of extra merchandise. Good for last minute people, but bad for those of us who paid to go.

Out of curiosity, what pins does everyone think are the best ones in the bunch?

You mean you mean you thiunk there are some thata re the best? For me until I actually see them its difficult but probably the boxed main street etc sets. Its this word pins which I find itneresting as actually there are very few single pins and thats what had me most bummed I dont collect jubos any more with the exception of ptn/pte dlrp or mnssp and the majoirty of the stuff ehre is either jumbos or sets. Whilst sets are nice theya re expensive lol!!
Its the mystery sets that baffle me I am glad they are offering us more but remember a number of people said they didnt get them on all three rsps go figure
Jacqui

Jacqui, I agree 110% with what you are saying. This year almost no single pins. It's always hard to guess what people will want to trade, but I agree that the box sets will be the best bet. I'm keeping one of each to use for traders. When I go to an event, I always make sure to buy one of each pin to remember the event. This year I won't even bother to frame them. Who knows, maybe 20 years from now my kids and grandkids may get something for them (lol). They mystery sets confused me as well, since folks said they didn't get them on all three RSP's. The let me add four boxes to the 3 boxes I already had so now I'm getting seven boxes. Don't know how good that is, but oh well.

I didn't sell much off my extras list so I just closed it down and will send them back to WDW as returned. They are probably getting a lot of stuff turned back in. I think a lot of people were surprised at how much stuff was on their second and third RSP forms. It was more than it's ever been in the past.
