I think you need to give it a few days. The pin was only released on Thursday at WDW, where he got it and right now, it's only Monday.

When did you pay? How did you pay (goods or gift)?

Wasn't the seller flying back to the UK? I'm pretty sure he's tired from the flight (if he flew back already).

Did you read my guide?
http://disneypinforum.com/showthread.php?20556-A-Guide-to-Pin-Buying-on-DPF&p=282454#post282454

The pins were sold at WDW on Thursday. It is unlikely he flew back to the UK on Thursday, probably flew back on Friday or Saturday. Then, he's got to unpack, etc. I doubt he's had time to go to the post office yet (not sure if the post office is open on Sundays in the UK, but here in the US, today would have been the first day to send out mail).

And when mail comes back as undeliverable, it's usually because you've got the address typed incorrectly. Or read the message as to why it is "unable to be delivered."

So, wait a few days before panicking.

Are you in the US or the UK?

He told me to pay as a gift. According to the forum post he flew back on the 24th 'apparently' and his last time online was 25th. The main problem I have with it is Im not sure if anyone else has bought from him and also the email that keeps sending me back the error report is apparently well known as a scam. Im really hoping I'm wrong, but at this point in time, I find myself very angry and uncontrollably upset about it all.

It's probably a little early to panic...why don't you PM some of the other people who responded to the seller's thread, to see if they've heard anything. Also, if you go to the paypal payment record, there is often another email address for the seller (other than the one you used to send your payment).

I would be nervous too...trust me! That's a lot of money to "gift." I would start REALLY having issues if you don't hear from the OP after tomorrow or so. I am sorry you are having these issues :(

the persona paypal should have contact info. They did just get back to the UK from vacation, it might take a couple days to pack and ship everything. PM box being full is likely because they didnt delete all the people asking for info or setting up payments. Breathe....Just breathe.... If you are truely concerned, contact a Mod. But really, I would not start worrying yet.
