My daughter got this from a cast member last week and I cannot find anything on it on the Internet. There were some pin traders at EPCOT, they had never seen it and could not find it on their list.

Ive started this thread once but for some reason, the body of the thread was not visible. I'm guessing it was because of the picture size or something, so I will just post a link to the image.

Looks like MROC stands for Market Research in Online Communities. The pin is in the shape of a monitor. It may have been given to cast members in a department that specializes or to a visiting group in that field. I have a cast pin that is also not on Pinpics, but it also says NOT FOR TRADING on the back. There are tons of undocumented cast member pins.
