Wow what a update. He is now going to be charged with murder. How scary that this guy was at the parks everyday and trying to mix in with all the regular Disney fans.

The charge is from the past and is for a missing young girl. It's nice to read they got him for all the fake pins and the super bonus is they may have got a very dangerous man off the streets also. The following is from the OC newspaper.

Allred, whose last known address was in Walnut, pleaded guilty in 2013 to one felony count of manufacturing and sale of counterfeit goods and a sentencing enhancement for property damage of more than $200,000, according to Orange County court records.

He was sentenced to eight years in state prison and ordered to pay $201,000 in restitution for illegally importing the collectible Disney pins from China and selling them over the Internet.
Allred also has a 1975 conviction for rape and a 1978 conviction for both kidnapping and rape, the Orange District Attorney's Office has said.
He is incarcerated at the California Institution for Men in Chino.

So it looks like this one guy got it much worse due to his checkered past. They let the xCM off easy. He had a good job and tried to blame it all on the other guy. He was given a light jail time and ended up on house arrest. Hopefully more resell teams will be busted of time. Part of the problem is the people that buy the pins. Both party's are wrong and guilty of braking the law.

Yes. Sorry not braking news. I have been displaced from my DPF family for sometime. Just a little update for any that wonder about that stuff. I didn't know about the missing girl and the one guys checked past. Moral of the story no matter what is, that you can and will get caught. Just a matter of time. It's good to know that it's something not going unknown.
