@Cicada is aware and working on the server issues we have been experiencing intermittently, that seem to have increased over the last day or two.

Unfortunately, the first phase, restarting the servers, didn’t resolve the issues. So unfortunately no ETA of when we will be back to normal.

it's work in progress -- seems fine for now, but I am working with our host to see what can be done. At this stage, it does look like we will need to allocate more resources, which unfortnately means increased server costs :/

i am exploring alternative hosting, but to avoid any interruption, i may just stick with the current option until I can plan for a move to a different host.

It’s a RAM issue on the db server according to the hosting company; I’ve upgraded it, and it seems to have helped, but the issues are still intermittent.

At this point I’m exploring other options, especially if this doesn’t clear up with the server upgrades.

Seems fine at the moment, so we’ll see 🤔
 
UPDATE: the cause was another server on the host machine hogging resources — so nothing to do with DPF, since no major additions or anything have been added to the forum since this issue came up.

It seems to be resolved for now, but please feel free to report any issues you encounter going forward :)
