Shipping pins Problem with USPS
I have had this happen to me. Both as the sender and the recipient. I have found that the best thing to do is to go to your local post office with the shipping (DC) information and talk with one of the managers. They can usually work some sort of USPS magic and get the package back on track. And, it's always a good idea to be really nice to the manager.. After all, they didn't mess up the shipping, and they can really help you a lot. Let us know how it goes.

Also, send the recipient a message letting them know what you are doing to figure out where the package is. They should be understanding - hopefully!!

Usually, the USPS is pretty good. Packages usually arrive pretty swiftly. Occasionally, there's a hic-up and shipping takes longer. I had some items that I purchased a few months ago on eBay, that were shipped from the east coast to the west coast, got stuck at a local sort facility for several days, got shipped back to the north-east and got stuck there. That's when I went to talk with my local USPS manager. They made a phone call, and the package was delivered 2 days later. Phew!!
