Should I buy AP of Pin 34117: Disney Auctions (P.I.N.S.) - Lilo Bathing Stitch?
I found someone selling the artist proof of Pin #34117 for $19.95, anyone have an opinion of the price (fair/good deal/over priced)? The artist proof of pin #34117 is pin #77351, but is says it's a "black" artist proof - the seller of the pin listed a picture of the front and back of the pin, and the back is not black, it's gold with gavels and has two prongs. It reads:

I'll post the pictures if I'm allowed, wasn't sure if I was so I didn't want to take a chance.
The seller's description is:
This is a must for any Disney collector!
This is a prototype silver finish pin and the only one ever made and is marked A/P on the back along with the Disney Auctions stamp.
3 pins were produced with different metal finishes and then one was chosen to be reproduced, they went with the black finish. This is the silver finish.
A reluctant-looking Stitch gets a bathtime assist from Lilo.
This measures about 2".
The "reluctant-looking Stitch" part is straight from PinPics, so the seller is probably familiar with the site.
All commentary is most appreciated!
Thanks,
Caroline
