I've been calling repeatedly since 9, only busy signal so far.

A few people on Facebook have said they were dropped halfway through their call.
 
Yes. Was able to get 2 Royal Ball packages for myself and a friend.

In addition, their system 'remembered' my personal info from the last Event.

The instant I heard a busy signal, I tapped the retry button on my phone .I was on hold for about 40 minutes also.

We do not know how many people are taking orders. There may be as few as 5.

My transaction took at least 8 minutes even without having to give my address and credit card info. Other transactions that have to give this info may take closer to 15 minutes.

Got through the hold queue and reservation purchase in 20 minutes. That went faster than I was expecting, people on Facebook were saying they were on hold for upwards of an hour.

The Royal Ball package is sold out, only regular trading package tickets are available now.

Congrats on getting through.

It sounds like the sooner a person got in and on hold, the longer they had to wait for a ‘live person’. This suggests that maybe more CMs were added to take orders sometime after tickets officially went on sale at 9AM.

I tried and tried and never got through. I also had family members and friends try to get through (good thing I have a few credit cards, LOL) and no success. By the time one of them got through, she got the dreaded "we are sold out of all tickets" - BLECH!!!
