Steamboat Willie PODM Preparedness Guide

Hello everyone

SO i've been trying really hard to find out all I can about the disneyland PODM releases and although I have found what should be enough knowledge I'm still worried. Steamboat Willie is my all time favorite and I would hate to not get it. The only question i really have left has to do with parking. I want to be at the front gate by like 630ish at least but have no idea what time the parking structure will open up or the downtown disney parking structure. Also will there be a lot of people going after this pin? Any other helpful tips? I'd really appreciate it!

Because Disneyland/DCA is doing the Annual Passholder Events for early entry until mid/late September the Parking structure opens at 6AM and trams will be running. I would say that this pin would not be as crazy as the last few, but the PoDM's seem to also have taken on a life of their own similar to the DSF Marquees.

ditto to the aboce reply... SBW shouldnt be crazy like the LM, LK and Tangled were. BUT it's one of the last few PODM's, and because it is Steamboat Willie, some collectors who don't typically go for the PODM's will likely show up. For instance me... I have a collector/trader buddy in Paris that I absolutly must get one of these pins for. Which means I have to drag myself and my 2 little kids to the park. If I have to be there anyway, I may as well pick up more than one right?

My plan, get there around 8am and find the shortest line. plain and simple.

If it was a crazy collectable like the BatB coming later this year, I would just pay someone else to pick me one up. BTW, anyone wanna do that for me for the Mulan pin? Only if theres a scene with Khan in it. lol
