WOW!!! THANKS Jacqui, Margaret and all the others who advised about copying Pin Collections, Traders & Wants onto an Excel Spreadsheet!!!! I have never created one on my own (have used them pre-made at work) but, I was able to copy my entire collection (only 17 pages on PinPics) onto a spreadsheet (using the just number & title format page) in less than 10 minutes (there was some "trial & error" time)!!!! It even links to PinPics!! I am now thinking of doing it again with the pictures & title format but, the picture sizes are giving me problems. Any advice??

It seems like a good thing to have in case - the Internet is down or PinPics goes down. And, since my husband backs up our computer onto a separate drive, it is saved in case our computer "crashes".

THANKS AGAIN FOR THE TIGGERIFIC ADVICE!! TTFN

You can highlight the pin images page by page & copy & paste them into excel or word

If you go to the first page of your collection or wants images - move your mouse to slightly to the left of the first pin (under the Page No) left click & then hold & drag the mouse down to the right of the very last pin on the page (by doing this the images should become highlighted) - let the left mouse button go - then hit/select the Ctrl & C (letter C that is!!) buttons on your keyboard at the same time (this copies everything into the memory) - then go to your excel/word document - click the place where you want the images to display - then hit/select the Ctrl & V (letter again!!) buttons at the same time - this pastes the images onto the document - this is easier to see in word - excel may take a little moving about of the images.

You can also do this copy/paste with the Pinpics layout where the image is a thumbnail next to the Pin number & title to get all 3 columns!!

You will have difficulty copying & pasting the images pin by pin as all the images are different sizes - my suggestion is to stick with using the thumbnails (small images) - the larger images also take up quite a bit of size - if you have 17 pages then that's 1700+ images to store which will make the excel spreadsheet file size large!!

I you only want the picture, pin number, and brief description, then just use that button in PinPics, highlight the page (just the items you want) and right mouse click, use copy, go to Excel, and just paste. Easy as pie.

I think it would be great if this speadsheet can be posted for everyone to use. I would strongly suggest everyone have a back up "just in case". You never know what might happen to PinPics.
