So I went to the pin trading event and had a pretty fun time, even though I was slightly tired from the pin release that morning. The previews were pretty cool. I wish Disneyland did a bit more, like have an epic board or a raffle or music. Also, I think it was more fun not having high-key pins out and asking for Randalls because why not :) Did anyone else enjoy it? Seems like everyone is just strung up on talking about the bad morning release instead of the PTN event itself...

Here are some of the pins from the Pinformation page on Facebook

Thank you for all the pics!! Many nice pins. The Lion King 20th is a MUST have!! Can't wait!!

Is it wrong that out of all those amazing pins, the thing I'm most excited for is the Haunted Mansion lanyard?

I was thinking the same thing. I will need one of those for sure!!!

The other thing that made no sense at all is why are the heads upside down on the Jack lanyard?

It's a problem when you have a print like that. The heads will be rightside up on the other end of the lanyard. But imagine the lanyard in its non-velcroed state, just one long line. The heads will all be going the same way. But when you bend the piece in half, to attach it, half the heads will be upside down.

See that makes sense, but why wouldn't you display it with the heads up?

Is it too early to beg for someone to pick me up an Up pin when it comes out?

(I'm pretty sure it's OE. In the picture of the Open Edition board you can see it under June - at the bottom.)
