The Forum has some great how-to guides for trading and auctions, but does anyone have any suggestions for how to run a fun and successful Pin Game? For example, what kind of pins to offer? How many (or any) grand prizes? How much to charge? Allow winners to pick, or randomly assign prizes? Other best practices?

I'm not quite ready yet, but I'd like to learn from the more experienced Pin Gamers in case I decide to do one in the future.
