We got this cel in a trade and were wondering how common it was? Has anyone seen similar cels? There is one currently listed on the Bay and another completed listing, but we have not seen any others.

Wow! I have not seen this cell, I don't think it's very common. I was at DLR during this release and I did not see anyone with this cell or anything close to it. I saw this cell for sale on eBay and it was over $300 bc it was supposedly rare. I believe it's rare bc I haven't seen it in person, but I'm unsure as to how much it should cost.
 
thanks for the info. we are really just curious of how common it is, rather than how much it is valued at. We are having a "debate" about whether we want to keep it or trade it. we have seen many with Flounder but not Sebastian. Any help is appreciated.
