Tower of Terror Store?

Has anyone been in the Tower of Terror store this summer?

We need two bellhop hats for this Halloween, and my pass is blocked out until August 11th. I'd like to know if they still sell them in the store, or if I need to turn to eBay for them. It'll definitely be cheaper if I can buy them myself because of my discount!

Went in April and if my memory serves correct, they did have them.
