I agreed to trade with 2 different people on pin pics in late Jan. I mailed their pins out on the 21st and saw that they were delivered on the 24th. I have been trying to contact them both with no response so far.... I am not sure what to do, I fear I have lost the pins.
Could someone please advise me?
 
Sorry this has happened to you! It has happened to me twice in the past month or so. At the bottom of pinpics there is a link for trade issues. Get all the info together before you go into the form though or you will have to start over(trader name, date trade agreed, PIN numbers being traded, date mailed, tracking info)
 
Docfish2U handles the trades issues over on pin pics from what I know... He will get back to you, it just may take some time depending on how many emails he has to comb through and deal with. Hopefully you get your pins soon.
 
Thanks, I know I need to wait for them to respond. I just worry, granted one of the trades was for something smaller, but the other was some DSF pins. :-/
 
Update: I got a message back from one person with tracking info, it says the package is delayed in a different state... but I am glad I at least got a response. No word from the 2nd person.
 
Yes it was! I am definitely relived to hear that the DSF pins are in the mail.
I am just waiting on hearing back from the other trader.

I recall from an earlier thread that went bad, using a verbal stall from the trader, they kept saying the pin was on the way. Possibly you could request the tracking number, that would be a stronger verification of status, then you could check with USPS. Hope everything works out.
 
Yes I got a tracking number from the PTD trader.
When I looked it up on the US post office website. It says in big yellow letters "In-Transit, Delayed". It also said it was mailed from Vegas and now it is in Los Angeles. Not sure why it was delayed, maybe weather?

No contact from trader 2 so far.
 

Glad to hear you did get a tracking number and its enroute., although in LA. Sorry trader 2 hasn't followed up yet. Hopefully your pins will arrive soon
 
Is there a way to drop a trade issue? The post office says they should come today. I guess they escaped from LA. (hehe) I am glad it was all a misunderstanding with trader #1...

Sorry for your trade difficulties!
I have had 3 traders who significantly delayed their side of the trade being sent to me. It was more than a little frustrating. They were fairly non-responsive when I contacted them to follow-up (2 responded periodically with over the top excuses and 1 never responded at all to my PMs). I ended up filing trade concerns with Pinpics on each of them. Pinpics never contacted me, but all 3 pins did finally show up. Not sure if Pinpics did something or if the traders just finally shipped the pins, but all worked out okay. Now I would only trade with these traders if they ship first.

I am glad in the end got your pins. I just wonder what PinPics does if someone doesn't send pins after they agreed to them. Granted the #2 trader has yet to get back to me, and because of that I am just out a small mystery box pin, which I was trading for a starter lanyard Aurora. So its not like I lost a grail or anything...
