One option you might consider is that each person could trade 2 for 1 once and then 1 for 1 for the others. That allows people to make multiple trades but leaves some pins left to come home to you! :)

@TonkaToy Can you clarify the trade rules for me? Is it just one trade per person? Or just one 2:1 trade and then 1:1 trades after that? Thanks!
 
FWIW, I don’t see anything about additional trades in the rules. Just a single two for one trade. That way each person will be able to get two of Tonka’s pin (although you won’t know which those are) and give one back.
