Does anyone know what this means when I try to order pins, even ones I haven't ordered before:

An unknown error occurred while the Rules System was processing.."

Apparently it means they're doing a lot of maintenance on the site and it's stopping people from adding to the basket. I can't log in but managed to order as a guest. Fingers crossed it's worked. Don't know why they can't just add a notice on their site saying they're undergoing maintenance.
 
I was getting this for a while but as soon as I switched from using my iPhone to purchase and got to my laptop it went through fine, whilst still not work on my phone. Could be an issues if you are purchasing from a mobile device.
