No!!! That statement meant no add on bids from different bidder to your bids. Meaning..... Only you can make offers for your bids. No one can make an offer for you and add it on to your bid. That's what I was referring to. Each bidder that bids can add on to his or her OWN bid as many times as they like. Ok? Does that make sense now. Sorry for the confusion. If you have any more questions, feel free to ask.
