UPDATE!

After 4 years, I have completed my ultimate pin trading goal- to own every Pin Trading Jessica Rabbit Pin! Shortly after posting this originally, the final pin was posted on eBay, and I won it! I just received it in the mail.

YAYYYYYYYYYYYYY!

I have one more recent release to track down, and I think I'll go ahead and collect the final 2 up for release in this year. After I get those, I'll post pictures of the collection. After that, I'll sit on it for a while and appreciate it, and eventually, I'll just keep the ones that I really love, and only get the new releases I really love, too (kinda what i do with Tink now).

Wow. I feel weird...heh. Like, sort of...what now? I'm not crazy enough to try something like THAT again though...

Okay, so...I'm usually a pretty non-posting person when it comes to my Holy Grails and stuff. HOWEVER! Something *amazing* just happened... Some of you may know...my goal since 2007 has been to have every Jessica Rabbit pin made (post-official pin trading). As of 15 minutes ago, I only needed TWO pins to achieve this, and both have been going for around $450/500. So, just randomly, I checked eBay, and...there it was. One of my two pins...with a BIN...for around $250. ^_________________________^ Best. Halloween. EVER! Here's the pin:

Yeah, that's been the main problem with the goal- LOL! Especially in 2007, when DS.com was doing at LEAST one a week, and DSF was trying to keep up with them...

Right now, I think I'm only behind 2, and I'm not too worried about them.
 
With a thread title like that I thought you had gotten a Kaa or Sir Hiss grail and was trying to think when you started collecting those. :lol:

Yeahhhhhhhhhh...I didn't *quite* know what I was getting into when I made the decision- LOL!

I was at the pin event in 2007 (Where Dreams HapPin), and I felt kind of...adrift. It was a weird feeling to describe. I think a lot of it was because I was a newbie, and I saw all these nice pins I wanted, but had no idea where to start. I decided I needed a goal...something to focus on.

So i thought about it, and the pins I had liked the most were the Jessica pins I saw (and this was around the time the first "Jessica As..." series came out). So I decided I was going to collect all the Jessica pins.

Of course, when I decided this, I didn't realize there were so many DA LE 100s and several LE 50s. -_-;;

So, here I am, 4 years later...and still 1 pin away. Good thing I like Jessica so much...
