I've recently ran an update on my iPad and iPhone. You know the ones that pop up in your settings. Well, now I can't upload my pics on the forum like I did before. I'm doing all the steps as normal but its not working. I'm trying to bid on an auction and my pics just show a empty box. I don't know what has happened. I would appreciate any insight. My normal steps: upload pics to photo bucket then copy the HTML code for that picture then on the forum use the image insert option and paste the picture code from photo bucket. It has always worked in the past. Could the update have something to do with it? Anyone else having this issue?
 
I do all my posting from my Ipad. Photobucket gives me trouble sometimes. What kind of update was it? A new version of the software? Try totally shutting down your devices for a few minutes and then turn back on. Hopes it helps.
 
Thanks so much. I'll try shutting things down for a while. It was a software update that automatically shows up in your setting periodically. I just never had issues before. Thanks for the advice
 
Is it a Mac issue? I have not been able to post pics on DPF directly from my phone here but I can on other forums. I also had trouble posting from my MacBook. Was there an update to the site that would make it incompatible with some devices?
 
I've always used tinypic. Only downside is you have to enter code every time, but just select any photo/take photo, put in code, then copy an past link.
 
Well, I tried with my computer ( HP) plus iPhone and iPad. All three wont upload with the traditional way I've been doing in the past. I just did an auction a couple of weeks ago and the pics uploaded just fine. Weird!!!?? I appreciate all of your input. Not sure what's going on. I hope to figure it out. Just when I finally understood how to do it and felt confident. Now not so sure anymore.
 
Try copying the last link which is the image format for forums. Honestly, I'm at loss really as I upload pictures using both methods but I have the android app.

I use photobucket which isn't a problem usually. At work the photobucket site and pictures are blocked by my security but for some reason if its loaded and pasted by a mobile device the pics show. Must be a URL prefix that is different and not blocked by my work.
