I went to London today with my other half and we went to see We Will Rock You. It was the second time I've seen it but the first for Andy. He loved it! Before the show we went to Oxford Street and (of course) popped into the Disney Store for a little look around. Surprisingly enough I didn't get away without making my purse a little bit lighter. I managed to pick up this Vinyl 9" and pin.

I'm not really a Vinyl collector but I thought this one was super cute so I bought it as a little souvenir.

Hope you like it!

Is the Oxford Street store good ? How does it compare to the normal Disney Stores ? Do they have many more items in there than the normal stores ? I was thinking about going at some point but would like to know if it would be worth my while

Well I work in the Milton Keynes store and we're the same format as Oxford Street, but all in all the OS store is fantastic. I'm not too sure how the stock differs from the normal stores because (as I said) the store I work at sells all the same stuff. They do have a fantastic range of London products like the ones I bought.
I would recommend it for a visit if you're in London. One thing I will suggest is to avoid Oxford Street when it's likely to be busy, it's a mad street at the best of times!!

Thanks for the reply Charlie, that is soo funny you work at the Milton Keynes Store as that is the one I go to

Oh really!! Next time you're in look out for me, my name badge says Charlotte (Cheshire Cat)!! It would be great to meet someone I talk to on here!!

Are you going to be at the store for the pin release this Saturday?

I love the Oxford Street Store! I got the Soldier Donald there which is very cool. It's a shame my nearest DS (Guildford) has shut down. It makes getting the pins something of a nightmare!

I am not sure when I will next be over at the store, I wont be in for the pin release as I only collect pins when I go to Disneyland Paris. I have enough other Disney collections that take up sooo much money and space that I wouldn't be able to collect pins all the time aswell (I only have about 70-80 pins in total from my 6 trips).

Oh cool! I have a few from DLP when I went last year but I mainly have Disney Store UK ones just because it's easy for me to get them haha!
